THE START
It all started when two guys (Greg and Zeno) met at a Charlotte real estate company in the 90s and found out they had a lot in common. First off, they were easy-going. They were friendly. And they were tired of a real estate industry that didn't always adhere to the Golden Rule.

They thought, "Hey, let's start our own company and do it the right way." Not necessarily for the money, but because they wanted to create a company that was different.
