4. Marketing Your Home

It is important to understand what methods work effectively in marketing your home.  That is our job to evaluate options and position our efforts where we get the best results.

5. Closing

Now we have a contract and it is time to work out all of the details.  This is a crutial and emotional time: we will be there through it all and will make this transition smooth as possible.
